Every time I come to this Burger King, I leave with freshly made food. I haven’t been disappointed yet which is more than I can say for any other Burger King I’ve been to. Most place have their “on” days and their “off” days. Not this place. It isn’t even just the quality of food but the way the employees communicate with you when you order, when you pay, and when you get your food. They are kind and down to earth. Not to mention attentive. I get my food I don’t have to check the bag it is exactly what I ordered and tastes like it looks on TV. Every single Burger King would do well to follow the excellence of service provided at this Burger King.

Went through drive through and when we got home, and after my husband eating half the sandwich, found a grease pencil in the sandwich. Called the store and they couldn’t give a refund, told to come into the store the next day to talk to the manager. After reaching out to the manager & corporate, he said he would send a $10 gift card. Waited a week, followed up again -was told it would be mailed but still waiting. Disgusting place and poor customer service/follow up.
