Best service ever, the attitude towards the customers is nice. I used to visit at this place. Food is always fresh and yummy, fries were perfect. Not salty or too greasy. Cooked to a crunchy outside but soft inside. No funny taste, so the oil was fresh. I really liked my cheeseburger, it was big enough and very delicious, tasty, and full of flavour. Service was good, Restrooms were clean, Restaurant as a whole was clean. Food was prepared quickly but met consistent standards. Quality Is really good. I would definitely recommend you go here this is my favorite fast food restaurant

I’d like to tip my hat to the Lake Zurich BK and the franchise owner. Sometimes I need a classic chicken sandwich for breakfast and they always accommodate regardless of the fact that the classic chicken sandwich is not on the breakfast menu. They of course warn me, “It might take 5 minutes” to get that delicious chicken patty ready but it’s worth it. Sometimes my day doesn’t start until I get that item.

I went to try whopper melt and spicy chicken sandwich with lot of hope. But it was very stale, tasteless, unappetizing and looked like done in rush. Nothing close to what I saw their ads about the new whopper melt. No spicy sauce or anything in chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich was stale. Customer service is non existent. Very disappointed. Please take this advice and go elsewhere.

Stopped in this store as I was going to have the reissued chicken sandwich. The store is very clean and modern and the staff was very interactive and friendly. The food came out in a quick fashion but overall the sandwich was not what I had before. The cheese was barely melted and it did not taste like it did in the past.

Then the manager comes to the front and tells me sorry but they can’t make my C’King sandwiches spicy ( despite going to different locations and not having this problem). The second time going here, they gave me cold fries and nuggets. This wasnt for me lady, it was for my kids. The shame how this manager is willing to choose who to give great customer service to. Never coming to this location. If you want to use a coupon, you might have a problem getting what you expect from the coupon and as far as fresh food, straight thumbs down.

The drive thru staff at this BK is amazing! They are hard workers and and always so nice! I was there once and the lady was by herself with only one cook in the building! This was around noon, so they were slammed! But she was working so hard to get all the food out. I hope they can find some help for them.
