Just went to this location (8/5/2023 — 12 pm noon), and very quickly regretted our decision. The gentleman taking our order was extremely inattentive, did not seem to listen or understand what we were ordering. My husband ordered an original crispy chicken meal with a diet root beer, but instead received a mushy FISH sandwich and a regular root beer. The boy did not relay to us they did not have diet root beer, and went ahead and gave my husband and myself regular root beer. What if we were diabetic? My husband was pleased to see the jalapeño cheddar bites on the menu, so he ordered some but was told they don’t carry that item (it was plastered on the menu). The food was cold, we waited 15 minutes behind ONE car for our order — the place was not busy at all to justify the service and wait time. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Staff needs to be trained and more attentive to customers orders. I don’t know how they could screw up this bad with only one car ahead of us and an empty lobby. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth going back to correct the order, instead we threw our meals in the trash. The location down the road near target is a million times better with customer service and quality. Do better.

I figured I was in trouble when I walk into a place at 12:30 lunch time and there is only a lady and her daughter in there. We order and pay. So I’m looking around and the place is filthy. Couple of employees are eating there lunch. I can understand that. But when ther done they just walk away. Guys there is trash all over the floor. The tables Haven’t been wiped down who knows when. The trash on the floor. I have worked a few kitchens in my life…simple rules to live by…If you can lean…You can clean… I will put some pictures up and you guys be the judge

Drive thru experience was one of the worst ever! The woman taking our order sounded so annoyed, she rushed us through our order and was just flat out rude. She was yelling at the car placing their order behind us. She was so terrible, her coworkers removed her from taking orders. We where at the window witnessing every thing. To make matters worse, our food was not even fresh. I will NEVER go here again.
