They’re not serving the deals that other Burger King Restaurants offer. They’re barely stocked to make the burgers correct. Their new owners need to be educated on how a restaurant is ran. Also they need to fix the drive-thru food board. It’s missing a lot.

Who manages this place? This place is a mess! Never know when they are open on time. I bought a whopper meal and the service was a mess. The cashier had a hard time using the coupon then my fries were not bk…they were another brand. They gave me my ketchup in a cup and a can coke instead of a fountain drink. The manager needs to pay close attention to inventory and staffing.

Twice in 4 days I attempted to order a bacon king combo, and twice I received random variations of a single whopper. Cold fries both times, and the wrong drink once. I was miles away before noticing. Employees weren’t wearing BK uniforms, and the inside was randomly closed at 6:30pm. This location also abruptly went out of business for about a year and did a grand re-opening recently. I’m done with this location. They clearly have issues.

I went there around 4:30p. I ordered two Big Fish for $7. I asked them to remove pickles and lettuce and make them fresh. I waited for that because I didn’t want old, cold sandwiches. I get home to find out that my sandwiches had pickles and lettuce on them. They were also dark and crunchy. Which means they were old and not fresh. Tried calling them to inform them of their mistake, the number is disconnected. $7 down the drain. I threw them away. They need to close, burn it down, then rebuild from management on down. There aren’t many BK’s left in this area. You would think they had got it right after just having a grand re-opening. NOT!!!

I was very excited to hear that this Burger King was reopened but was disappointed when I tried to get breakfast today and yesterday and they were closed. Business hours say they’re open at 6:30am and I went at 7:00am, this is truly unacceptable there was never an issue before. Whoever is managing this store needs to do better. Won’t be back again.

If i could give ZERO STARS i so would they dont deserve 1 star.. The employess 2 nights ago were horrible they didnt know how to ring things into the register or what came on the burger why did it take 9 mins in drive thru to figure out if there is mayo on a burger ? Also made my mozzarella sticks left them on the counter the whole time we talked didnt put it in my bag an when i drove back to get them they gave me the same ones that were sitting on the table for almost 20mins i didnt eat them an just wasted money i will never be going back !!! This place did not educate their employees on food safety or store knowledge becareful what you order

This place has some serious issues with staffing. Will never return there. Was in drive thru for lunch, waited 15 mins behind a car who got very angry and sped around building. Upon arriving to order I was asked if I wanted to come in to order. Told her If I wanted to go in I wouldn’t be in the drive through. She just stated ok but our counter is busy and wouldn’t take my order. Apparently the car in front of me was told the same thing cause I seen him exiting the lot as I left without placing an order. Every time I go there is some kind of issue. Very disappointed and had better hopes with this location but again failing miserably like the other one they had on St Charles that got closed down.

The young lady that took my order in the drive thru was very rude and argumentative. I asked for a hamburger kids meal….she just gave the total. I stated that I was not done. So I said also I would like the “Have it your way deal” she just said a total and pull up. I said I wanted it with the rodeo cheeseburger she says you can’t change it. I stated the sign says either sandwich. She mumbled something and then said it can’t be changed. I said ok. She says pull around. I said I would like that without pickles and extra ketchup and add a small Coke. Pull around. As I’m waiting the car in front of me is getting there food and I guess the drink was wrong or something instead of her taking the drink back and throwing it away she poured the cup out in front of the window outside. I get to the window and she gives me the total. As I am paying I asked her about the sign and tell her that I wasn’t trying to argue with her she said ok and slammed the drive thru window. I was speechless. She gave me the food and it’s all in one bag. Which is odd because a kids meal have there own bag. I ask her for another bbq sauce and she said it’s in the bag. I asked for another one. When she comes back I ask for her manager. She gets him. I explained to him the interaction u had with the lady and he apologized. The manager says something to her while I’m there and she still give an attitude while saying she doesn’t have an attitude. I realized that I didn’t get my drink. I look at the receipt and she never charged me for it. So the manager apologized again and said let me get you something I said I asked for a small coke. He gave it to me. I will not be going back to that Burger King location for a long time. Also I noticed when I made it home my sandwich didn’t have bacon on it.
