Our order was completely wrong and they corrected it without any attitude whatsoever! My husband Went through the drive the drive thru wanting to use a coupon the top numbers were cut off but you could still make out what it said …. Even sent a pic of another one. These people was doing too much not giving us the deal. Not about the deal we can afford it but they were just being petty overall. So rude and careless too. No type of manners. Tossed the other coupons not going there anymore. And fries are COLD. Burger King is already not that popular and they wanna be stuck up and petty.

I had not been to BK in a long time so I thought this would be a nice change plus it would be something I could get quick and get on my way. What a mistake. As I walked in I was politely greeted and the cashier took my order quickly. That is the only positive part of this review. The store was dirty. Dirty. The floor, the counter, the tables the seats. Everything had either trash and wrappers or garbage left behind by customers, or there was dirt, actual dirt, on the tables, on the seats, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a week. The food took 10 to 12 minutes, not terrible at first look. The problem is the food came out cold. My cheeseburger wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. The burger and cheese and condiments were all the same temperature, cold. It was unpleasant. The fries were average. So with neither the burger or the fries being hot, I’m not sure what took so long to get the food out. I don’t suppose it really matters, with all of the choices in DeKalb, I will choose to go somewhere else next time.

It’s fast food, never been dissatisfied with their service though and the employees seem kind and helpful to their customers. I really hope they bring back their cereal themed milk shakes, I’d be visiting much more frequently if they did.
