Ordered in app.pick up the order Got home food was cold already chicken nuggets are hard, onion rings hard, fries hard. Soda is wack, and the burgers was not even juicy it was super dry. I’ve been to a different bk and food is freshly cooked this location needs new management. Don’t even go here waste of time and money. I had to throw all the sides its not even edible.

One of the worst Burger Kings I’ve ever been to!!! Ordered the original chicken sandwich it had wilted lettuce and a drop of mayonnaise on it and over cooked!! Also ordered onion rings and they were under cooked!!! Decided to try the spicy chicken nuggets and they were in a bag with some kind of greasey sauce also over cooked!!! Service was slow and was the only one in line inside the restaurant!!! Speaking of the inside of the restaurant omg the tables were dirty and the floor was slippery like they were never cleaned the pop machine looked like they never clean it either!!! Nasty and won’t go back there again ever!!! Yuck is all I can say!!!

Too bad burger King sucks now. It isn’t what I used to love. I tried one last time and specifically asked for it to be made fresh. I guess it’s worth waiting for your food rather than getting it fast. My fresh chicken sandwich was excellent.

The restaurant was filthy. Service was very polite and helpful. The men’s washroom was disgusting the floor was sticky by the urinal. The garbages were caked with ketchup and every other sauce tossed in. In my opinion, should be shut down. The food is fast food so no great exception there. This place is fortunate to get any stars.

Math and communication are not this location’s strong suits. Although extremely expensive, the menu showed I owed $8.49 for two breakfast sammiches. When I paid and got my receipt, it was actually $5.49. Also, at the end of my order I said, “that’s it.” and I was still asked if I wanted anything additional. I had to say, “I said that’s it.” at which point further communication stopped completely and my food was basically thrown at me out of employee frustration for not being able to listen.

Currently sitting in the parking lot of this Burger King . I did a mobile pick up order which is supposed to be a way to save time? Yeah, it took me 10 mins to get here which I would imagine would be enough time to get an order completed . I get here and gave the lady my name and she didn’t even know I had a mobile order & now I have been sitting in the drive through window for 20 mins waiting on a mobile order that I had placed over a half hour…. WHAT IS THIS SERVICE BURGER KING?!?!???

I don’t know what’s going on with this location but every time I order hear (the whopper Jr. meal) they charge me a different price. The last time they rounded it up to the nearest dollar, without asking me if I wanted to do this. I would becareful using your debit card here you might end up with fraudulent charges made to your account.

Bk has a very tasty hamburger, to my opinion. However, the prices are too high, $16.00 for a double whooper meal seems to be too much for a fast food place. Taking into consideration the restaurant looks old and not to clean, they should lower their prices. I got a coupon in the mail for 2 whooper meals for $12.99… why do I have to have a coupon to pay a decent price? Not coming back unless I have coupons.

I asked the manager/ employee that was their to make my chicken extra crispy for the same reason that I didn’t want that soft breading on these hand breaded chicken sandwiches . Pay attention to your customers when the ask for extra crispy or extra anything . Lazy people don’t deserve higher wages work on communication and most of all listen what your customers wants on their food . The picture shows the breading on this chicken sandwich still needs more frying thanks a lot and change your number on your website im pretty sure I’m not the first to complain .

I ordered 8 pieces nuggets. I Went to the window to pick it up . I left. Few minutes later about 10 minutes I realized that they didn’t give me my credit card. I know they should have given it to me before giving me my order. So I came back to get my credit card by going inside. I did not get an apology from whoever that latina lady. Maybe she was a manager
