I went to this location, through the drive-thru about 10 min ago. I ordered: one bacon cheeseburger, PLAIN; one order of nuggets and a 4 piece jalapeño popper. Instead, I got 12 nuggets and a burger loaded with the condiments. What an actual joke. There’s a McDonald’s across the street that has a new customer.

This location charged me for cheese on my whoppers and i never got cheese my fries were cold and i got no receipt i called and spoke to the manager on duty and she said she repeated my order and i said i said it was right. So she new clear i wanted cheese she failed to put it on the sandwiches and charged me and did not give a recipe she would not correct her actions. I will never go to this location again i go to the one down the road who knows how to treat the customer. Thieves

Went to go get food when everything said they were open and they were closed. Wasted 15 minutes of Drive time and 5 minutes realizing they were closed on a Friay. Also they are missing Menu selection food signs as well as something dropped onto my vehicle from a huge Crack in their Drive through portion of the building. I am not sure what is going on outside of Pandemic reasons but I did not appreciate the wasted 40ish minutes and the stuff falling onto my vehicle.
