Just a word of warning dont bother going to this location on Saturdays because according to the manager who almost bit my head off for trying to apologize for not waiting at the drive thru speaker because I thought it wasn’t working due to the fact I waited for 6 minutes and even attempted to get their attention to no avail. When I tried explaining why I pulled forward I almost got my head taken of by the surly manager who instead of apologizing proceeded to give excuses for not monitoring or managing the drive thru line as if I was yelling at him and saying he wasn’t doing his job. I would avoid this location at all costs at least until this manager is either trained better or replaced.

The manager at this location is a joke! My order was not taken correctly and was told I did not order it that way, gave me an attitude as if I was wrong. Not only did he challenge me he still didn’t ask any probing question to get the order correct he still messed it up. Avoid this location as he has zero customer service or management skills.

Came here to get a late night dinner because nothing is open in town ordered about $40 worth of food and I’m looking through the drive-through window and I notice the employee is not using proper measures when prepping my food meaning not wearing any gloves nothing how disgusting never eat at this Burger King ever again
