Slow drive thru service . I pull up and no one says anything till i say something. Took forever for my order to be received. Took over 20 mins to not recieve a number 10 . Really ! This is suppose be fast food. Employee working very slow while being rude! Corporate i hope you are reading!!!After waiting for so long i asked for a refund and the young lady took my receipt and didnt even process it . I was in a rush and left without food or money back . There was 4 other people were waitint . The young lady even droped a bag of food and nuggets fell out . She replaced the nuggets but it is still nasty that she left the rest of the food there and didnt replace the bag . IM DONE WITH BK NEVER GOING AGAIN. Then told me she was a manager and would honor the coupon . . It’s not the money it’s the principle!! I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow. My Corner
Usually the food at this location is decent; however the wait times are ridiculous! On many occasions my order had missing items. Also, attitude adjustments would be very helpful (for a couple of employees working there). Overall, this location isn’t terrible. Their Whoppers definitely hit the spot.
