This location is really nice and clean. The customer service is wonderful and the food is hot. I’ve been to other Burger Kings and the food is never hot so I was pleasantly surprised when my food was actually hot. The wait for the food was a little long but it was worth it to get hot fresh food. I wish this location had the different flavored drink dispenser. That along with that hot food would be love!!! We had The King Fiery Nuggets, the Texas Double Whopper and the Italian Royal Crispy Chicken. The sauce on the fiery nuggets is slightly sweet BUT it tastes good. The Texas Double Whopper is huge and worth the price. The Italian Royal Crispy Chicken had that crunch you were looking for. This is my new Burger King!!!!!

Was much worse in 2022. Food is hit or miss, check your food to ensure they have everything. While the staff has improved in 2023 the stock of product has been horrible the last few years. Out of cheese, out of croissants, out of this or that depending on the day of the week and time of day. Avoid if wanting a consistent meal is your thing.

Food had bad and weird aftertaste and, floors were sticky and wet. Only one employee in the kitchen was working the other was on his phone. They did not have ketchup or coke. Manager was nice but she did not do anything about the employee on his phone.

Just went here for a grab “quick” bite to eat and let’s just say there was nothing quick about it. I was instantly told to hold as soon as I finally got a chance to get to order, after the long wait from the previous person having to wait. Then my order was wrong and my pop was flat. I was originally being handed the wrong order until I corrected the person at the window. I just give up on this location at this point.

Ya this was the worst food I’ve EVER had from BK. The whopper was COLD like right out of a refrigerator. The fries were so salty they were unedibble. I repeated “off the broiler 3 times and she had no idea what I was saying. The Original Chicken Sandwich was cold like sitting out for a few hours cold. A definite disgrace! Just close down.

Newly renovated restaurant! It’s looking good inside. The property seems well maintained and managed. Haven’t had any problems with the staff or my food orders. There’s always coupons or offers for discounted menu items. Definitely a good choice for a quick , cheap meal if you’re in Hickory Hills.

BEAUTIFUL, I don’t know why it only have 2.8 stars this place has a nice setup, nice employees and just all around beauty. The food was the best, the wait is reasonable as there were like 2 ppl that were visible but they put out our orders with in a matter of minutes 5 or less it was soooo quick and we ordered a decent amount of food.
