I pulled up to the drive-through at 953pm, I know it was late, but I just got off work. A voice came through the intercom saying I’m closed already… as I’m looking at the sign that says they close at 10. I contacted customer service, and I got a form letter offering me a $5 coupon IF I downloaded their ap. How ludicrous is that? Download an ap in order to get any kind of customer service? I did NOT download their ap, but I decided to try Burger King again. I pulled up to their drive-through at 1157 am. A voice said “Welcome to Burger King where you rule. What can we get you?” I said “can I have a Whopper value meal, no tomatoes with a coke”. After a couple seconds a different voice came through and said, give me a moment. I waited 1 and a half minutes (yes, I timed it, because of my previous issues with this location). I was just getting ready to leave when the second voice came through the intercom again saying “what would you like?” I said, “Can I get a Whopper value meal, no tomatoes with…” I was interrupted, he said “a Whopper combo?” I said “yes, please” after a couple seconds, he said “do you want everything on it?” I said “you know what? Never mind, thank you. Have a great day.” Because I at least was taught how to say please and thank you. I drove off and went to McDonalds. Keep your $5 Burger King, So, NOT worth it.

They wouldnt let us (as dining in paying customers) use the restroom, even when we stated we wanted to wash our hands due to covid precautions. They also wouldnt refill our drinks which is understandable due to the pandemic but made no mention of that when we ordered and there are no signs posted informing customers.

Terrible service pretty much every time I go there, the only good worker they have with good customer service skills is the man with the blond hair. The other man they have working the drive through never acknowledges me just takes my card and throws me my food and always has an attitude problem. I asked him for ketchup in the bag, and he didn’t answer me, and I didn’t even get the ketchup. I also use their app and every time I tell him I have a code for a deal he has a problem with it like he doesn’t wanna do his job that they’re paying him to do. Just plain rude and distasteful for someone working in customer service.

At the time of my visit, it was around lunchtime, and the lobby was closed. Really inconvenient! I only stopped to get something for my grandson to eat and had an appointment to get to. Ended up waiting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. Even though all of that, the young man that waited on me was very pleasant and professional and even shared a laugh with me. Made my frustration melt a bit and I still made my appointment on time.
