dined in here on a thursday afternoon. service was extremely slow as there was only one worker doing both drive through and dine-in orders. she was clearly stressed and i felt bad for her. 🙁 was very friendly and patient, fixed my order when an item was forgotten. you need more workers! or whoever was late that she was waiting on, you need to be on time!! don’t blame her at all. food was okay, i’ve always liked burger king. place was quiet and kid friendly, as the kids got to play in the playground while we waited. hopefully they get the staff they need soon. great place overall, reminds me of my childhood. 3 and a half stars!

I want to give no star as how nice it looks outside, it’s a total opposite in the inside. Very dirty. I see 3 staff in the store but no one is cleaning the dining areas. Filthy!!! It was around 4pm and very slow. It’s the best time to clean as there were no customers.

Long wait at speaker before my presence was even acknowledged. Onion rings weren’t ready, by time got all food, bacon cheeseburger was cold. Only one person behind counter. I know it’s a slow place but need people.

I hate doing this as I am someone who works in a service based industry. However, simple things go a long way. I grabbed orange Hi-c for my meal drink, and it tasted off. I told the woman working and she rolled her eyes. Which, I get it. It’s annoying. I hated letting her know because I wanted a different cup since the machine doesn’t do water to rinse. Now I know since covid, shortages are a big deal. They only had a couple choices for drink. Hi-c, coke lime, and rootbeer. That was it. So I did root beer, and the machine ice is broken in addition which, fine I will live. When I got my food (a double cheese burger and chicken fries) I could tell it had been sitting a while as my burger had a crunch to it, which having worked at a burger king in my teenage years, know is when it’s been in the pan a while. I didn’t send it back as at this point I didn’t want to be that person. I hope maybe small improvement is able to come, when supplies are ready and make their employees less annoyed as it makes the whole experience not good.

It was awful the Supervisor didn’t let my kids go inside and play! It was 39.• degrees outside I even call first to make sure the playground was open! He’s Reply on the phone was yes till 9pm. The time when I got there was 8:11p we waited outside till 8:16p. This shouldn’t happen specifically when you want is to take your kids there for Burger King Dinner! 8/26/23

This place isn’t to bad but just be prepared to go back because they didn’t make your food right. And im not talking about changes to anything no they don’t make there burgers the way there advertised. If I order a cheeseburger im pretty shure that should have cheese on it.

Stay away from Burger King on West Galena and even more so at night. I had a coupon for 2 Whopper junior sandwiches, fries and drink. All the food was cold and it seemed like the burger was either old or over cooked because it was dried out and scorched around the edges. The 2 pieces of lettuce on the burger was white, not green and a drop of mayo and ketsup, small tomato piece,pickle and some onion. I am showing the picked off ingredients of 2 burgers…total experience was disgusting!!! These pics are taken after lifting off the top bun. I ended up putting the patties together on one bun and throwing the other bun in the garbage.
