The stores hours say they open up at 6 am. I was picking up a online order then I walked there and the doors were locked at 6:03. I waited 10 minutes outside still locked. I walked to the drive thru window and didn’t see anyone. I called 3 times and no answer. I continued to walk around the building and I seen an employee sitting in his car. I walked up to the vehicle and he was smoking weed. I asked what’s going on he said he is waiting for the manager to show up. Then he had the door opened with a piece of cardboard and he went back into the store after I told him that I had a online order. Then I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes outside when the manager shows up and unlocks the door at 6:38. I asked for a refund and she said “nope I’m not giving you a refund”.

13 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I was given food….bland, tasteless food. No salt on the hashbrowns… coke tastes terrible as well. I got to have this pleasure for ridiculous price if 13.50….

My mother placed her order and pulled up to the window to be “greeted” by a male employee rudely asking what her order was. She proceeded to drive off in response and the female employee started laughing hysterically as if it were funny. Horrible experience. Will not be coming back

Excellent location right next to Walmart, is an easy quick stop for truck drivers and travelers driving by. The same menu across chains, you will experience the same taste, but this location is the cleanest I’ve been to. Average customer service, average fast food. It’s drive thru is very narrow as you drive around be careful not to hit the curb.

4/7/23 go to drive thru at 10am 10:05 still no one. Drive up to window honk horn and 0 people at 10am on a Friday? Other than that they always close earlier than the suppose times and the inside is always dirty. No one seems to care here and it shows.

It was super slow when we went. There was a guy sleeping at one of the tables. Other than that it was empty. Almost every table was dirty. It didn’t make sense. There was plenty of staff but the restaurant was dirty. Also, there were no lids for the soda. I don’t expect much anymore with fast food restaurants but come on.

Very negative experience. The staff was rude and seemed bothered to help me. They refused to accept a gift card. No one had the time or interest to make the effort. Was aggravated only to find when I got home they did not give me all the food I paid for. I should have checked before leaving but was alreay unhappy. Won’t return. Can’t recommend them at all. McDonalds down the road is so very friendly and helpful.
