I came into the restaurant after fishing for hours, I came in with my buddy. We’re both high schoolers coming in to eat after long hours. My buddy orders first, then I order. I ordered a BK royal crispy chicken sandwich meal and a frozen coke, that’s an $11 order. He put it down for $4, I tapped my Apple Pay without seeing the price at first, then saw it and was confused. I asked what he put down. He said the wrap, and that’s what I asked for. I said no I wanted the sandwich, he said ok and started tapping on the screen. He got mad randomly and called his manager over, he said to her. “This kid is not the brightest and screwed everything up. He wanted a wrap”. And got really mad with a tone. I didn’t know what was happening because all I wanted was the correct order and to move on with my day. A man standing in line came up to me and was surprised at what he was hearing and said this was the worst customer service he’s ever seen, I agreed. He ended up getting my food in a crumpled up bag and slammed it on the table and stared me down with an angry face. I don’t know what I did wrong, all I wanted was a meal and a frozen coke. I ended up getting a mini cup(not a medium like it said) and no drink(which it came with) and a couple unsalted cold fries in a large box. I wasn’t rude, I did nothing wrong. Again, all I wanted was a meal and frozen coke after a long day of fishing. My buddy ordered a double cheeseburger and only got a single, he payed for a double but didn’t say anything because he was scared of the guy. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had, and I hope this person gets fired before someone else gets this kind of treatment.

I can appreciate an extended wait due to staffing issues however after waiting 5+ minutes in drive thru only to receive a dry hard sandwich is unacceptable. I paid extra for and you can see these tomatoes were flat and soggy. The pickles were also dry and the sandwich did not appear to be fresh.

Very rude service! Missing a drink and Waited 10 min for fresh fries and the fry’s were not fresh. I called back and talked to a lady who totally did not care about customer service. She hung up on me. When I called back and started leaving a voicemail about my awful service, awful phone call, and customer service she answered the phone and hung up so I could not leave details over a recorded line. I then called back once more and the line was either shut off or she blocked me. That’s crazy she had this much attitude over a 12 dollar meal. She argued why I did not come back if my food was cold but explained I work for a living too and had a 30 min lunch break. Will never be supporting this Burger King again! Awful service.
