Had the worst service! I was timing how long it took them to get my order on drive thru, I waited 5min for them to tak my order and when i was done with that i waited 10 min in line, when I go to the window waited 5min for me to pay and 8min forme to get my order. I thought the we’re busy inside but there was nobody in the front counter manager was there not doing nothing emplyees too. But this is the worst part drive thru wasn’t even busy there we’re 2 car behind me. What going on in this burger king why are the emplyees so slow, manager doesn’t even say something to them she there talking corp. has to do something or they going to end up closing this burger king like that did to the one on 147th and cicero.

You will wait forever to place an order. None of the soda options worked and i mean NONE OF THEM, They had like 8-10 all not working. Once i got my food, They cooked the chicken sandwich in the microwave and the fries were still raw in the middle. I tossed everything in the garbage after one bite. I see why all the BK’s are closing down.

Yeah, they’ve never heard of them. I also ordered a large meal and they gave me a medium. And yes, drive through is very slow. Good thing I don’t live around here.
