First BK we have been to in over a year that we actually stayed, felt comfortable sitting down in and enjoyed our experience. Establishment was clean. We were acknowledged as we walked in and within 10 seconds we were speaking with someone at the register. Very pleasant staff. Everyone was working, no goofing off. Food was on point. Fresh, hot and as ordered. Slight mishap with soda machine gave us a bit of a spray. We laughed. Why? Because the last time this happened to us, the staff looked at us and giggled and walked away. We actually were handed napkins and offered a sincere apology. Thank you for that. Mistakes happen, equipment malfunctions. No harm was done. We will return the next time we are in the area. And note, in the past year, we have visited at least 7 different BK’s, 1 just yesterday, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes with not one person acknowledging us, they were concerned with how soon until their break…we walked out. So, thank you for restoring our faith in the Whopper and Original Chicken Sandwich. We will gladly drive 30+ miles for our favorite fast food sandwiches again Job well done!!

Went to try this location one more time…..and AGAIN our sandwiches were cold, buns hard, fries cold, opened up one of the whoppers and the pattie was folded in half…….both large sodas were without any carbonation and little to no ice. We work hard for our money and to spend 22.13 for fast food and this is what we get for our money!?!? This was after waiting 32 minutes up front for our food, it wasn’t fast or even food by any means! If the lack of staff is the issue then shut this location DOWN!! This Burger King is now voted by MANY as one of the worst fast food restaurants in Kankakee County, the owner should be ashamed of themselves to keep it open. The attitude you receive in the drive thru coupled with the terrible food and poor management makes this place not worth going back to. There’s many other options for fast great food in the area, so passing this place by is a good idea.

Waited in drive thru for over ten minutes. Was still a car in front of me when I left. Started with two cars in front of me. Not sure the car in front of me even ordered. Just plain ridiculous.
