About a year ago, I had given this Burger King like 2 stars. We hadn’t gone there in a year. We went there yesterday, I ordered Whopper, a whopper Jr., and a hamburger, all with special changes. The gentleman at the window and intercom were extremely polite! We had to pull up and wait for the order, which the whole process only took 5 minutes. I don’t know what you guys did, but our burgers were fabulous!! No mistakes… the dining room looked super clean. Which it hadn’t in the past. I’m guessing you hired a new manager. Whatever you did, it worked! We’ll be back sooner than a year this time.

Walked in to order. 3 employees there only 1 other customers no one in drive thru. ALL 3 employees looked at me and walked away. This is the 4th time I’ve tried to order there and gave up and walked out. The place is a joke. Service is not there. The staff everything I’ve tried to get food there is SUPER slow. (20 minutes for a rodeo burger ) they need real employees that actually work and try to do their jobs. Not the lousy excuse that they have for staff and the horrible service they have. What a joke

This Burger King beats out most I’ve seen in the area. Despite having a rough exterior, owing to lack of maintenance and damage to the building and ordering board, the food itself comes out great. I had stopped going to Burger King for years, and this restaurant got me going again. They will always ask you to pull up and wait, but it’s typically worth it. Sometimes their drinks are the best, but I’ve never had an issue the staff wasn’t willing to correct. Even on days when I’m stressed and have multiple orders, the staff has always performed and delivered good food. They occasionally run out of supplies or materials, but they communicate alternatives nicely, so I don’t count it against them. Like giving me ketchup in a container when the packets ran out.

Food is undercooked don’t appreciate being called a jew! Two young kids one “person ” with a man bun was rude and called me a jew. The other was a young lady clearly confused, she doesn’t know if she wants to be rainbow bright or gay. Will not be coming back here and have contacted corporate.

Stopped here while passing through. I think that there were only two people working at that time. It took a few minutes longer to get our food, but everything was hot and fresh. I appreciate the people who showed up to work and still did their job. You rarely see that these days.
