I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with burger King. So when I stopped in here I was pleasantly surprised when my food was good. The fries were hot and fresh and my whopper was great! It’s a little out of my way but next time I’m craving a good burger I’m heading back here.

Went to order breakfast. Ordered a meal which comes with a drink. However their soda machine wasn’t working and they had no coffee. They could give you water but if you wanted something different, you had to pay for it! Doesn’t make sense! They should offer something beside free water!

Just finished going to the drive up for Burger King in Momence, Illinois.This morning they are out of fountain drinks and coffee. I ordered a breakfast combo and asked what they were offering since they were out of coffee and fountain drinks. The guy said water…..if you want anything else you have to pay. I asked for a manager and she came on the speaker and said you only get water and anything else there is a charge. That’s crazy! Not my fault they can’t deliver on the other beverages. Female manager was very short and rude…..we just drove off and never shall return. Looking on google….they have very low ratings. Seems like a management problem making poor decision and no customer service skills.

The hash browns were hard and stale even after I asked for a fresh order, and the coffee was so warm that I could have made ice coffee out of it. The worst part is I was in a rush and didn’t check my order. I called the store to complain and no one answered (even though I tried 6 times. I have eaten from here before but this was just awful. On the flip side the employee that took my order was very polite.

Terrible service. Had to wait forever in the to go lane and there was only one car ahead of me. I couldn’t believe that this store charges $1.50 for a slice of cheese on their burgers. I live in a small town and there are very few places to get a good sandwich so I would think this store would have better quality and service so more people would want to do business with this business. Almost everyone I’ve spoken to in our town complains about this business.
