Food was ok (though fries were undercooked, again). The building, though, is disgusting and in terrible condition. The menu display is missing most of its panels, there’s water stains and peeling wallpaper on most of the walls, and there’s ketchup smeared on one of the windows in the play area that has been there for a month now. I like the kind of food they serve at Burger King, so I keep giving them chances, but I don’t think I can give this particular establishment any more chances. Seriously, take some pride in your business for crying out loud.

We stopped here at lunch time on a Saturday. They staff was extremely friendly and service was fast. They were greeting customer with a smile and were so sweet to the kids that came through. Food seemed to come out fast for everyone. I don’t normally seems this kind of service at fast food places so I thought I would leave a comment.

Slow employees who can’t get the order right. I was the ONLY person in the drive-through and no one was inside when I put my order in. Food was cold upon delivery and half the order was wrong.

Look, I know people give this BK alot of bad review, but hear me out. Yes the building needs a little repair, and yes it used to be more popular, but its really not that bad. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and it was great! My fries were thoroughly cooked and my soda tasted normal. But more imporantantly, there was a certain charm to the drive through. It was actually very relaxing and if it was the only part of the building I had seen, I could have been fooled into thinking I had been walking through the woods and stumbled across a magical burger king in a forest clearing. If you want to try the most ironically good fast food in dixon, go through the BK drive through and make up your own story.

Employees are nice enough, but food usually comes out sloppy or incorrect, or old. I only go now in the mornings… if BK would lower prices to a reasonable amount they might get more customers

This BK has always had the best customer service and good food. It looks run down and sometimes “feels” dirty, but it really isn’t. The next closest one “looks good”, but is horrible. Thank you Dixon.

Was told to pull around because they were waiting on hash browns. Waited 10 minutes then had to walk in. They completely forgot I was waiting on my food. Also the bread for the sandwiches were hard and were not able to eat them

I cant rate the food because i wasnt served. Pulled up to the drive through ten minutes before closing and they shut the lights off. I work until my shift is up and expect everyone else to do the same.
