Underfunded piece of garbage restaurant. Im sure the employees mean well but they suck at their jobs and the moment they have to face that reality through a complaint they get rude and stuck up and probably because no one there knows how it’s done correctly so they assume they’re right since they’re the employee. They constantly mess up orders, take on average a half an hour for a regular order through the drive-thru (Only three cars there total, what’s taking so long?) And when you walk inside during a rush there’s normally at least one worker who’s standing around not doing anything. Whoever runs this place obviously is just in it for a quick cheap buck, as no one there knows what’s going on I’d say about 85% of their shift.

I came through the drive-thru the other night and the Mexican, Italian Woman whoever or whatever she is , is rude and had a attitude. Idc! About time management she shouldn’t be at the Window or dealing with people with that attitude! I order and doordash from you guys all the time, I’ll take my money to another Burger King. And also just because someone making your day bad at work you don’t have to make other people day bad to. I also been I work all day myself that night imagine if I would’ve taken my attitude out on her also after a long day of dealing with people’s angry Grandma’s and Grandpa’s all day. & dealing with the attitude of my Co-workers & Supervisor!! I was super nice to her, oneday she gone try the right person.

04/27/ 2023 Can’t say too much other than the poor staff at zero falt of their own could not serve burgers because they were working hard with a broken broiler machine that makes the beef for burgers. All the staff at “Burger King” could offer was chicken. The 3 stars I give the restaurant instead of none is for the staff.

I came thru the drive thru this morning and ordered 3 meals. I sat at the window waiting about 8 minutes then was asked to pull forward. So I did 15 minutes later and 4 cars came and went. When I went into to find out about my order they were still working on it. Then had a attitude when I let them know I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant and we’ve have never pulled some one for 20+ minutes. All 3 employees I saw behind the register had attitude and was rolling their eyes…. Very unprofessional

I used to love going to Burger King on Whopper Wednesday for the $3 burger. But for whatever reason I would imagine the owner of this store got greedy. It was such a great deal that I would stop through the week for other things. I guess I will do something different somewhere else. That deal was a huge deciding factor for stopping for whopper for my stops. Whopper Jr was a deciding factor also. O well if I’m doing this it means others are bailing also.
