Went through drive through. I ordered a crunch wrap and was informed that it could be a meal. That was nice because I did not know that was an option. My son was offered a crown. Order was perfect. Employee said ‘you rule’ at the end of the transaction. We will be back.

The manager came at me because I complained that she kept taking everyone’s order in lane one after I pulled up to the other speaker and was told to wait. They were extremely rude and said they were so busy. They were’t they kept swearing at me, refused to give me my food the order I placed online. The manager gave me the finger and threw a cup of water at my face that went all over my car. I called the cops and filed a report. I do not recommend this bk they always have a nasty attitude and can’t handle simple fast food work. The lady came outside and was yelling at me trying to open my car door trying to fight LOL

We walked in to order our food on the kiosk provided, and the place seemed very empty. The drive thru also didn’t seem that full. However, we were the last to be served after the drive thru, and 2 people who came in and ordered after us. We waited for 30 min for a simple order of a mini cheeseburger and fries and chicken nuggets. It was a huge disappointment. I know one of the workers was working super hard to make it all work but it seemed like the there was a lot of waiting around amongst her team mates. It was confusing to watch and uncomfortable to wait this long for fast food haha. Food was fine but don’t expect to be served quickly here by any means.

Terrible experience. We ordered a “family bundle.” The burgers were like clay with no taste and cold. The French fries were only filled a third of the way up in the box and were cold. The employee had mentioned she was all alone. We couldn’t eat the gross food. It was like throwing out money into the wind then went home and cooked for our family to feed them instead.

Very nice restaurant and the employees were stressed because whoever does scheduling or hiring is absolutely terrible and should be replaced. I have this problem at my workplace and understand the employees being stressed out when there are only 2 or 3 working thats owners or GMs or whoever makes money off this thats them taking advantage of there employees. Its ridiculous and has to stop.

So I stop at this bk every once in a while and let me tell ya the service and food is usually trash! Today is the first time since coming to this establishment that the food and service was absolutely terrific. The lady I spoke with in drive through was very professional and courteous at the speaker and the window! Food was fresh and warm and that’s service I can’t say I’ve gotten here before. Before leaving the parking lot, thanks needed to be given so I parked and went inside. I find that the lady at the window is also the manager and I stopped her for a quick sec to ask her name. Her name is D and is doing a helluva job!!! Thank you for the service.

Husband and I ordered burger meals; fries were clearly old and had been sitting under heat lamp or something. My whopper was disgusting. Barely warm. No cheese as I asked. No lettuce. No sauce. My husband’s burger tasted as if it was old. The only thing about our order that was good were the fresh nuggets we waited on.
