Waited at intercom for 15 minutes before someone took our order. Once our order was taken we were asked to drive forward to wait for food. That also took another 15 minutes. One of the sandwiches we ordered was perfectly made and was hot. The other was completely wrong and wasn’t what we even ordered and sloppily made. The staff brought our food out while on the phone saying they were short staffed.

Why can’t you just give people what they order especially if I’m over articulating with my speech, I simply asked for an impossible whopper with everything and jalapeños, and a medium fry. It’s not hard it’s not a large order spoken in clear English instead of looking, bewildered, like you’re the only people on earth why don’t you just fill the order and do your damn job. And learn how to cook meat because everybody don’t like raw meat.

Twice now we have ordered food from drive thru and ended up not getting the full order. Can’t call to get it corrected because when you call it says no one is available to answer and then hangs up. Totally disappointed in service there. Management needs to step up their game!!!

I am beyond angry!! I come in all the time and always see the same young lady at the window. She always makes me smile, has the best attitude and provides me with good food. Today when I saw her I knew something was wrong. She could barely speak. Long story short her manager had her in such a state that when she brought out our food I was already out of my car to offer her a mom hug. The manager was rude to her, screwed up my order made her redo it when it was right the first time, practically threw the food at me. If the young lady hadn’t asked me not to I would have gone full blown Momma bear “karen” on the *itch. That is NOT how you manage a team! That sweet, polite, cheerful smiling young lady, (whom I don’t even know her name and has a second “momma” in me )was crushed. That manager needs some hard core retraining and is lucky I’m in control of my temper. If it weren’t for that young lady, I’d never return but you can bet your a$$ I’ll be back if only to check on her. I am trying to track down the new owner to”chat” about the situation. 5 stars for “my girl” and actually the food, 0 stars for the manager.

Some mornings no one answers the drive thru, or if they do, they tell you it will be 15 minutes before they are ready. This has happened at least 6 times. They seem very understaffed. It’s sad because BK used to always be busy.

It’s a burger king. The food tastes exactly as I expected it to. I had received the wrong sandwich, not really a problem as it was replaced in good time. My only complaint is the aggressive and and downright mean manager who felt the need to berate the line cook and drive thru attendant. At one point even throwing something away and when the garbage can was missed, deemed it necessary to demand her worker pick it up and place it in the trash can. Honestly disgusting to watch. I just felt bad for even trying to rectify the situation.
