If you are in any kind of hurry, just go somewhere else. Even putting in an online order ahead of time will not result in quick or attentive service. There has been multiple times that I have waited for 10+ minutes for my food, once even waiting for 30 minutes and still was given the wrong order. The management doesn’t seem to understand how to efficiently get orders out and the people in the grill move at what appears to be a snails pace. I have given this place so many chances, and it just hasn’t gotten any better. The food is somehow still not even fresh. It’s one thing if the drive through is wrapped and you’re super busy, it’s another thing to wait an additional 10 minutes after showing up for your order ahead time and your food is still cold? Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere. At least until someone who cares starts working there.

When I went order just whooper jr and chocolate shake and just plain ice tea and rudely was laughed at I asked if they would not put any salt on my hamburger then we went around pay and rude girl was rude to us at window. And so we parked I ate my sandwich he got his milkshake then I took drink of my ice tea and it was packed with sugar I’m diabetic and I didn’t ask for sweet ice tea so we got back in line and we ask for exchange she got very rude so we got even ruder but I got my ice tea and we drove off.. This store needs better people working this lady obviously don’t know what she doing and her attitude don’t belong in this work environment and it’s so unethical.

Never have had a good experience with this particular restaurant. Wait times are unusually abnormally long, orders are sloppily made and frequently incorrect. Paid extra for bacon and received A SINGLE incredibly small shriveled thing (see picture). If you can, don’t waste your time with this location, go to the one in Morton or the on University Street in Peoria. Otherwise, go to a competitor or better yet a local business.

The worst service i have ever had. Sat at the drive thru for a good 5 minutes with no answer. pulled around to the window the attendant did see me but did not acknowledge that i was there. I went inside and asked if his headset was on and he said he new there was a line out there but was to busy with three customers standing in line… would give 0 stars if possible

I’m a DoorDasher and I set at the speaker for over 5 mins with no answer. So I pull up to the window and without asking me anything, he tries to pass me an order. I inform him that I am a dasher and what the order consists of. He tells me I have to pull around, mind you they are not busy at all! When I get back to the window he tells me I need to stop at the speaker next time I inform him that I did and no one gave me any service. He was very rude and obviously doesn’t enjoy his job.

Workers and managers were extremely rude, waited for 20 mins for food that wasn’t even right, came out to give us our food told my daughter to lose her attitude and to never come back again! Never have had an experience like this won’t ever order from any Burger King again!
