Ordered a new whopper melt w/o cheese and onion and pickles and when I got it home wrong food and ice cold. Only live a few blocks away. Took forever for them to answer the drive thru. 15 minutes!! I ordered through the app for pick up and when I drove up to the drive-thru, I told the cashier that I already ordered online and gave her my name then she looked at the screen and found it. To say this restaurant is awful is an understatement. Everytime I go there’s things missing. Then go back tell them what your missing and they give you the wrong thing. The two girls in the window gossiping and not paying attention. The. Open the window and when you tell them what’s wrong hold her hand up and don’t listen. The Unprofessionalism here is just completely sad. If you don’t wanna be there find a different job because I know I will be finding a different restaurant to go to and be calling corporate. As for the management in there it’s a complete joke. They don’t care at all. Customer service here sucks.
