Ordered 2 of the new spicy chicken wraps, a large onion ring and a large coke soda, a order of 16 chicken nuggets another large onion ring and a shake. What we received was 2 ranch chicken wraps, that had a 3 inch long piece of dried up ice cold I guess it was chicken in each wrap, a large order of ice cold fries, 24 piece order of dried up, 3 day old, ice cold inside and out nuggets, no shake and the only thing that they got correct was my large coke soda, with no ice and tasted old. I called the restaurant with no answer on there phone. I left message with return number with the district manager to give him a chance to correct this horrible experience. If he does correct this with no issues I will update my review. I percent do not recommend this horrible restaurant.

waited 10 minutes for food. We were the only car there and left with a long line. It was missing onion rings and we went inside to ask and she said we are t not allowed to open the order… it’s our order?? Plus you forgot our onion rings and we would have driven away without them. Very unprofessional. We were in line to order and the manager came out to have the cashier sign a write up/ corrective action in front of the cusotmer. Somthing like this needs to happen in an office or behind closed doors. Its awkward for the cusotmer and can be super embarrassing for the employee. Will be contacting corporate.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Pulled up to drive thru. Lady says it will be just a moment 3 minutes later I asked if I was ready to order. She says you haven’t been waiting that long. To me 3 minutes is a long time when there only 1 other car in front of you waiting for food. Then pull up to window yo pay they ask me what I ordered. Then they tell me is 25 when really the order was 16 dollars. Then I wait over 13 minutes for my food while others get their order about 4 cars. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Save yourself time and go to Red Robin you will get your food quicker even though it’s a restaurant.

Walked over from truck stop at 7:00 pm told me the inside was closed ok walked to the drive threw side they was close lied to my face not even 1 min later two cars got serviced. Not to mention while I was standing at the window someone walked up took a pickle out of the pickles with no gloves and ate it. It’s cold out to be walking anywhere bye the way 3 of the workers was just standing around in the Finn area when I was leaving. Note stop in this morning got great service hot food disappointed in the evening staff.
