I ordered a sausage egg biscuit no cheese, and a bacon egg cheese biscuit. They put cheese on the sausage biscuit and completely forgot the sausage. They also put two small pieces of bacon on the other biscuit (see photo), and then put the missing sausage on the bacon biscuit. The entire order was messed up. In addition, BK only had two employees working.

Sat in drive thru for almost 30min with only two other cars ahead of me. 15 min of that was me sitting at the window. 10 min before the young man even opened the window and that was just to ask me what I ordered. Finally took my money waited another 5min for food and then he had to ask me if he gave me my drink.. they seemed to be to busy joking around and talking to make sure they got people served in a timely manner.

Kids are extremely immature and unprofessional. None of them are wearing any sort of uniform. You can tell if they work here or just hanging out. The young boy that took our order never said anything. Just looked at us to begin ordering. After he rang it in and payment was made he just walked away. I thought he was stepping over to get something but he wasn’t. Not a word and just walked off. Food was good though I’d like to add that every table was dirty and the floor was disgusting
