I last went to this Burger King a year and a half ago and stopped due to the horrible service I received! Samantha and Logan had a very wonderful conversation with me about how they have been there for a little over a year around the time I last went and try providing the best service to my town Fairview Heights!! The store looked brand new since I haven’t went in since covid! It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and my food was hot! Maybe the worst Burger King I ever been to. Employees don’t care and they let you know by there attitude. Burgers were cold Burger King has fallen off big time. This generation of kids working are horrible. To busy on they phone and give you attitude when you want to order. I guess we are bothering them. If I was the owner I would HATE having employees like this. Absolutely horrible service! I advise you to keep driving by this Burger King. They truly are terrible. ‍♂️

We stopped to grab something quick to get back on the highway. Pulled up and was asked to wait. 3 cars went through the inside drive thru and we continued to wait. No one ever waited on us. We even asked twice if anyone was still there. You could hear talking but we were ignored for 10 minutes. So we drove off. Very disappointing

I’m not crazy about BK but my brother likes it so I find myself in the drive thru more than I would like. I usually order a combination of whoppers w/ cheese, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, & onion rings. My first issue is how much a piece of cheese costs.. ridiculous. The food is always cold and the fries are so salty they are barely edible. When you spend $50 on food it should at least be warm. Wilted lettuce shouldn’t be put on a sandwich with mayo that is so old it’s color is almost clear with a tinge of yellow. I also find BK a bit on the expensive side if you don’t have coupons. The food was so bad this time I left a message for the GM & asked for a return call. I never did get a call back which tells me they don’t care about their customers and they are content with serving garbage. I request three things when I go through the drive thru. # 1. I want to be treated with respect, #2. My order is taken correctly, and #3. Do not serve me something that you wouldn’t eat yourself.

I don’t know why but every time I go here my food is always cold, usually the breakfast is, today I got 4 croissants a burrito and a large hash browns from here with door-dash, and they got here quickly but the food was cold. Even when I come here in person and get it directly from the drive through its either luke warm or cold and it happens literally every single time whether it be dine in drive-through or delivery food seems to always be cold barely warm or undercooked. The one in Troy IL seems to always give you hot food when it comes from the drive-through its always hot to the point you can’t sit the bag on your lap. The manager was rude. He would not help with specials that were online. He didn’t know the address the Burger King. He said all he did was drive there. Very argumentative; he must have really had a bad day. I don’t know if it was from inexperience or ignorance. I give the manager double negative Stars.
