Zero stars is what this trip deserves. This place was a disaster. It took 20 minutes to get our food and it was wrong, apparently no one can read a receipt taped to the bag showing items are missing. Then come to find out that asking a question about the food I ordered meant adding more even though that’s not what I asked and they didn’t ask any follow up questions so I knew they misunderstood. And the fries were garbage. No seasoning and undercooked. Clearly not very fresh. So then another 3 minutes to get the rest of our food. They weren’t at all busy so I’m not even accepting that excuse. Or the new excuse of staffing issues that apparently no business has figured out yet. DO NOT GO HERE!

You’ve gotten my order wrong for the last time! This place will close down before I ever go back. The kids play pen is full of junk so those are a thing of the past. Attempted to take the survey but kept getting an invalid code. I guess the survey is no longer an option. So here was my experience. Ordered 2 double stacker meals, one with fries, one with onion rings. Fries were so hard and disgusting I couldn’t even eat them. They were burned, obviously redropped in attempt to convince the customer they were fresh. Wanted to get the jalapeño bites they have on the menu but was told they don’t have any. Overall paid close to $20 for 2 meals. The sandwiches were the size of a small double cheeseburger. Didn’t even finish our meals. If I could give this restaurant-5 stars I would.
