Perfect walk-in. Informed by pleasant staff member of shorter wait than l assumed. Staff prepared 25 hot food item order with care and confidence. I did have problems with thin to go sacks 1 of 3 ripped in driveway 6 minutes later, lost half bag of fries.

I love Burger King, most of the food has remained the same. Nothing like a fresh hot Whopper with cheese. So happy they have kept the Specialty Chicken sandwich. Not sure how they do the buns now, but back when I managed BK in the late 70’s, we had a Henny Penny that toasted the buns. I just wish they had one close to Mt.Zion, Illinois.

Stopped on for Impossible Whoppers and the staff treated us fairly well. Came back a second time for the same reason. Different staff, same results which speaks to solid hiring and management. The only downside was, while we were not planning to dine in, the restaurant was very dated and didn’t appear very clean. Seems that this franchise needs to plan a remodel.

I gave this store 1 star because someone who is employed there used a skimmer to get information of my debit card in Decatur they withdrew money from my account and I know it was burger king because it was the last place I used my card 350.00 Dollars was taken outta my account the very next day at an atm over 2hrs away from where I was located so yea there’s that won’t be getting food here ever again.

Whoever owns this place needs to make sure to pay these employees right. Service here used to be horrible with subpar food. For the last 6 months + has been the best fast food service in town. People doing the job right needed to be paid more than bums at McDonald’s. One very minor complaint is grill has been heavy on mustard. Outside of that 100% improvement over past employees. To keep these folks, I think $20 an hour is reasonable, especially when people that are bad at their job get $15.

The food and service were mediocre at best. The manager was rude and yelling at other employees while I was ordering. The dining room was not very clean. The worst part was when I used the restroom. It was not very clean, and an employee was also in there and did not wash her hands after. Never again.

My meal was discounted a lot. Used App. Had the impossible burger. All plant based. I could have had the Whopper, but am so glad I stayed with veggie burger. You could have fooled me, didn’t have the taste of their flame cooked burgers, but could have been a burger to me. Onion rings were very good too. Don’t hesitate if you can afford it. It is Large.!

It was not very busy for lunch to dine in. But i always love burger king. My mom tells me i loved it since i was a fetus. I would kick when we passed BK and she had never had BK before i was born. And I’ve been hooked ever since. My husband was away and i was with my 3 kids. They brought our meal out to us. That is not a typical thing done at BK. But it meant a lot to me. I had my hands full with little ones.
