UNCLEAN: Per my latest visit. This facility should concentrate more on cleanliness. My Large Coke had mold in it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware until I’d finished almost all of my drink. Nothing like sipping a chunk of mold through your straw to ruin your day. Obviously the nozzles on the soft drink fountain aren’t being removed and sanitized on a regular. This is simply disgusting. (Photo shows the mold left behind after the dreaded “sip”)

Horrible. Chicks had attitudes. People wouldn’t even bring me my food, they didn’t have a problem bringing other people there’s though. They acting like they knew me and I never in there wildest dreams seen or talked or even mention them to the public in my entire life. Sloppy. I also feel very disgusted. The shift leader was just as immature as other employees. They were literally just kids at play there. Very poor service

Long way and drive-thru line. When we got to the speaker to order we said just a moment please said take your time and less than 3 seconds later we was being asked again what we wanted to order. Three cars in front of us took forever to order and it seems like they took it out on the ones behind them. We was aggravated because it was taking us so long and drive through. As far as the food goes I honestly can’t answer I didn’t order food there the people that rode with me did they didn’t have no complaints to me so I am assuming it was good. The employee seemed rude and aggravated because of people taking a long time that was in front of us and she had an attitude like towards us that’s all I’ve got to say

We ordered today. Two impossible burgers, two large fries and a large diet coke. After it was delivered, we saw that we were missing one of the large orders of fries. My wife called, explained the situation, and we were told to drive over and they’d resolve it. She said she couldn’t drive over, hence the reason we ordered in. My wife asked for a refund on the large fries and offered her phone number as a callback number. The response was, “we’re busy right now”. My wife asked to speak to a manger, and then…nothing. The phone was put down. Not on hold, just down. So we sat and listened to business carry on as usual. 10 minutes of listening to other orders go through and the crumpling of paper. Nothing. We hung up and reported the issue through corporate.

There dine in option isn’t available. As I ignored it and slid past the workers, they didn’t seem to mind after I settled in for my quick breakfast. I have to shave off 2 stars for that alone… by now the dine in restriction is purely laziness, as there is no place to dine outside you cannot offer only curb side meals.

We had a great time at Burger King we waited in line and then we can finally got to the window we got her food and was it good but young lady that handed me by food was very helpful she is very nice and everything seemed to be very clean I was very pleased with the way they was handle is a virus as well as my food. I think they did a great job I know hope they have business for a long time.
