All I ever get from this place is chicken fries, but I always have to go in at this particular location because the drive-through takes forever and a day to get through. Plus I like to ask for the spicy sauce that they put on their spicy chicken sandwiches and if you go to the drive-through, they won’t give it to you so I end up having to go in and get my food. Which is fine that way I get what I want. The staff, no matter what time of the day it is, mostly our children working I assume that’s why it takes forever in the drive-through. this is Soso for me is the closest Burger King to me so therefore if I want chicken fries, I have to go there. Good luck everyone at this restaurant!

So evidently a spicy chicken sandwich uses same wrapper as a fish sandwich. Ordered fish got a spicy chicken that was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. So fries for dinner I guess. Sucks because usually good service here. I was told I could make a round trip of 40 minutes to get a fish sandwich lol. No thanks

Where to begin, my food was undercooked, the employees were rude and unprofessional, the orders take too long and when I was waiting for the lobby to open @ 7 they didn’t inform me until I drove to the window. Just a disclaimer it’s not the lower employees fault I personally blame the lack of management. In all my years of being in a military based family it show that they lack because they’re managers lack. If you want the ratings to go up get better management and make some changes with the way managers handle things.

Worst customer service I’ve had in Many years! Order food, pay for food and wait for food 30 minutes only to not get food. Twice requested a refund after being told my food wasn’t included in the half dozen orders being brought out to customers waiting behind me. I left. Expecting My Refund! Never got it. Called, first manager, Eric, took my info and said he was busy and would get back to me later but to call back if he didn’t. He didn’t, so I did! Next manager, Dylan, refused my refund! Said he couldn’t help me with that. Well, my next call will be to manager Julie. If I’m still not satisfied, my bank will be the next number I dial! Absolute BS!

The employee at 1st window taking order payments was very friendly. 2nd window told me to pull forward n they’ll run my food right out… waited 7min for 4pc mozzarella Stix and 8pc nuggets that were ALL way over fried and tasted disgusting!

Slowest burger King around. Never spend less than 15 minutes in drive thru.. Tried going inside, and it took longer. Speed is certainly mot a quality of this location.
