Walked inside the store to place my order. Myself along with about six people in line to place my order. Totally ignored! The lady who was supposed to take orders at the inside register would stand where the food comes out and not take orders. What’s really really bad, is there was no food in front of her and no food coming from the kitchen. Would just stand there with her back to us and the line just kept getting longer!

The guy at the drive-through window was nice. That is the one nice thing that I can say. I waited for my food over 17 minutes at the drive-through window after they took my money. Attached is the picture of the cold and raw impossible Burger that I received, and the Cheeseburger that was supposed to be plain. I was not able to attach pictures of the food that was missing. The French fries were cold. Out of $27 worth of food, I am told that the 2 chicken sandwiches were actually edible.

I tried to order 2 BK Whoppers no onion, no cheese, no mayo w/ ketchup, Xtra tomato, Xtra pickle. They said xtra ketchup. No Xtra tomato and pickle. Finally I said let’s make this easy whoppers plain except lettuce, extra pickle and tomato. When I got ready to pay, I apologized if I said Xtra ketchup. The woman told me I have trouble w/all your orders everything you come in. She had no right to speak to me that way. There won’t be any problems anymore understanding my orders. I will never ever come to your BK again, and the burger was so nasty I threw it away. I told my husband if he wants BK he can get his own. I love Taco Bell next door. They will get my business. If you have a raing of 0 that’s what you you would get from me.

Wait time was too long & the only cashier left the register when people were standing there waiting to put in their order to help another person behind the counter figure out all the messed up orders. Those poor people stood & waited so long that one family left & as he passed, he said, “we’re bailing this place.” Shut this location down, Corporate!!!

I love BK and I really want to love this one because it’s the closest fast food restaurant to my house, but it’s just not good. We’ve given it at least ten chances, each time hoping it would be better, but unfortunately it did not deliver. The staff is friendly, but the food is never ever hot. It is always cold, and obviously not made fresh (which is crazy because you have to wait a really long time for your food). The last time we went was definitely the last time because there was a hair in my daughters burger, which is reprehensible. I can understand that ONLY if the place is so slammed that mistakes are inevitable, but we were the only people there so it’s inexcusable. I’m assuming people have caught on because there is never a line and rarely anyone ever there. It’s sad because BK food is so good.

I gave this BK another chance and still very disappointed. This new location in ellisville cannot get their act together. Missed 2 items from my order(thank goodness I wasn’t in the drive through) and the chicken sandwhich they gave me had been sitting in the warming area, was cold and had cheese, which I hadn’t ordered.
