I was going to get food from this establishment on 8-27 around 4:25pm, but when I drove up a door dasher was getting out of his car to deliver alcohol to someone within the restaurant. I decided to go elsewhere because I couldn’t believe that alcohol would be allowed inside the restaurant and didn’t want to have my food made by someone that could possibly be drinking. I will no longer be coming to this location and I hope you guys take this seriously and look into it for the safety of the people working. I really hope this person getting the alcohol delivered to them was not drinking and working

Waited 10 minutes in drive through and was asked to pull forward around building to wait for “my freshly made order” which took another 5 minutes or more to bring out. I didn’t order a “freshly made” croissant, I ordered a biscuit. Good thing I’ll eat a croissant.

No cars at restaurant except 2 employee vehicles so we thought maybe they were closed. Went to speaker in drive thru and surprisingly they were open. Paid and didn’t have to wait but a few minutes for our food. Drive thru lady was super nice and even said she gave us an extra Whopper because they didn’t want to throw it away. I asked her if they were closing and she said no they hadn’t had anyone come for a long time and didn’t want to throw it away. Got home and our food was so old. They gave us food that had without a doubt been sitting for well over an hour. French fries were rock hard and whoppers were ice cold. I spent $35 and had to throw everything away. Oh and I could smell septic while waiting at the window. Hate to clump all Burger Kings together but I will NEVER spend a dime at another Burger King again. Employees should never give old food. Clearly they don’t care.

I’ve lived in OFALLON for over 30 years and took my kids here all the time. Now that they are older I don’t go as often but i decided to go today. The staff is rude and the place is sticky and dirty! I also seen the cook go out for a smoke break with his gloves on and return with the same gloves to prepare food! This place needs to be shut down or a whole new crew and manager! Think twice before you go! I will never go back after that experience!

I am very disappointed by my experience on 01/16/2023. I came through and ordered the BK Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal. As I drove off and bit into the sandwich it was old. I went back and asked them to make it over again. While I was waiting, I asked why I was charged almost $12 when the menu said $8 and change. The Manager named Leon said they “ring in all orders as large combos unless specified.” When I heard this, I demanded a refund. After arguing with Leon about this unethical practice, a lady in the back told him to give the refund. Maybe he just said he was the manager. The sad thing is they had a door dash person bring them McDonalds. I wish I got that instead. Very disappointing, and very unethical.
