Disappointed with the fact that they did not have chicken of any kind because they say they are waiting for supply truck. They only have diet Coke, no other options for diet. There was not any flame broiled flavor at all, possibly because it’s a brand new store. Got my food fairly quickly and fresh. Burger King mobile app does not even know this place exists yet, and the crew is lost if you ask them questions about it.

Food was fine, not really the issue here. I was ordering with my two kids and going kind of fast because they were being kids and shooting off orders. The lady at the drive through speaker misunderstood two orders as one which is completely fine, it happens, and I apologized for ordering too fast. When I tried to clarify she made an offhand comment to her friend in the store “I hate difficult customers” or something like that loud enough for everyone in the car to hear. I was not rude and had even apologized for ordering a bit too fast but instead of problem solving and reading out the order she just had to make a comment. Just very rude, I almost left right there and then for having such a horrible attitude. If you have to order for a lot of people just go inside and skip the bad customer service or go somewhere else.

Best whopper I’ve ever had was at this store! Stopped in for lunch with my son, who also said this was the best whopper he’s ever had. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing. Called and told the manager about how great the food was and to tell the cooks how great of a job they were doing. She told them while I was on the phone and they said thanks a lot. I overheard his name was Robert, Keep up the great work Robert! Highly recommend this store.

Worst burger King in St. Charles county. Sat in the drive through kisok for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. So I pulled through wanting to either order at the window and/or leave. They wouldn’t take my order at the window and the kid told me to either pull back around or come inside. I recommend you either get your service together or install a lane for people to leave the drive through.

I go out of my way to visit this Burger King location. The staff is amazing. Kymmy uses her significant skills and kindness to go up and beyond for every customer I’ve seen her interact with. She has self confidence in making sure every customer gets ultimate customer service of what they need. She’s always asking myself & others I’ve seen if we need anything else. Also her attention to detail with saying please and thank you never goes unnoticed. I always glad to see her and go out of my way to visit her store. The staff is also better for her being there as I notice everyone is smiling and working hard when she is there.

All the food was obviously not freshly made, but simply reheated. The melt I had was very poor. The chicken my wife had was ok, but nothing I would choose when I have options. The onion rings were only lukewarm.

This place is so bad it honestly ruins our nice community. The stuff ur about to read happens on the North side of St. Louis not out here. For starters my mother picked up a bag of food after waiting 35 mins. She asked the lady (who is blonde, probably 35 years old and fake tans way too much she looked orange) “whats in the bag?” and she says “food.” now her smart comment wouldn’t have been a problem if she didn’t mess up our order and completely forget a whole meal in the bag. I go back up there and try to get the order they failed to give us, and this chick is laughing at us. She tries to come up to the window to fight us.When all we said was that very rude and unprofessional, thats it. THE MANAGER was HIGH off opiates!! He looked he was having a seizure! He was a bit tanner with black hair and probably 25-30 yrs old. His eyes kept rolling into his head, but still open at the same time. There 2 times he almost fell out the window talking to us. Everyone was bumping into each other, spilling stuff, picking up bags and putting them back over and over. I realized the ENTIRE crew had been popping pills. I call them out and he says they wont make our food anymore and GIVES ME BACK CASH when i paid card. I said thats how i know ur messed up rn!! Please dont go here there is no way these ppl are making our food in safe & sanitary ways. The manager couldnt even tell me what day it was!! I asked him and he just glared into space saying “uuuuuhhh”
