Got an original chicken sandwich, my favorite thing at BK is the zesty sauce. So my BF got nuggets. He ask can u pls make sure we get zesty sauce. Last time they gave us none when we asked. He gets home and there is literally one zesty sauce for nuggets n fries for two people. Not to mention the lettuce was literally brown. I had to pick it off and the chicken was so soft it tasted undercooked. I didn’t even eat.

Drive thru lane was backed up and not moving. Had my daughter run inside, to order. When I walked in the were 2 women and two men back behind the counter laughing and stalling. I got my food an order of jalapeño poppers which was horrible nothing inside only crust, for the money and spent I expect my order in a timely reasonable manner atleast warm. I will not return to that location. Pics of food and trash laying all on the floor behind the counter. Filthy place. When I left that drive thru line hadn’t moved at all.

Every. Single. Time. It doesn’t matter if no one else is in line at the drive-thru, it takes them entirely too long to take and complete an order. Tonight was especially frustrating because the person who took the order didn’t total it correctly and got an attitude at the window when it was politely requested to be corrected. Apparently it’s our duty as customers to do their job for them? A lot of the time, we don’t even get what we ordered. Most of the time, the food is cold. I don’t recommend this location. The one on Mt. Auburn does a far better job.

Unbelievably slow every single time I’ve been here for the past year and a half, so I’m done giving them chances. I will order on the app for Curbside, press “I’m Here” two blocks before I get there and still wait 20 minutes to get my food. Ordering for the drivethrough on the app doesn’t change the 20 minute wait either, it just means I have to go through the drivethrough, then get told to sit in the curbside spot. The food is always fine, the service is just abysmally slow.

It is absolutely insane how long you have to wait here, the service is fine but I just don’t understand why it always takes 30+ minutes

Sat in drive thru forever today (20 mins) with 2 vehicles in front of me only to be waited on by less than friendly staff who struggle to put condiments in the bag. This is my second bad experience in 30 days at this location. Owners and management obviously don’t spend time working with staff. Highly suggest anywhere else, done with bk.
