ALL the employees who work at Burger King are incredibly AWESOME. Especially Maria K. who has worked the evening shift and usually takes your orders at the drive thru is beyond AWESOME. Maria K. is ALWAYS kind, patient, friendly and professional. Every single time I’ve ordered at the drive thru, she welcomes you and instantly you sense got a smile on her face. She’s ALWAYS more than happy to take your order. I’ve told her many times she would be an excellent customer service agent with any company or firm. Whoever is wise enough to hire Maria K. will quickly know in a very short time she is an indispensable asset. All in all, this is a GREAT Burger King to eat ate or grab drive thru from EVERY SINGLE TIME you go to this Burger King.

This location is the best one locally That being said they have screwed up my order four times in a row, time to go to McDonald.. My latest and last visit i drive by see one car at the window no cars In the Drive-Thru I pull up to the ordering place and I’m told I’ll have to wait After a while I leave and get a drink at QuikTrip I come back 2 Burger King to an empty drive through and Order And I’m told I must wait. So I pull up around the corner and after a few minutes I get my fish sandwiches with no tartar (That’s the way I like it with no tartar). First sandwich ls marginally okay little overdone Second sandwich Looks good I take a bite and it’s half raw Batter with slimy half cooked fish. With that fourth failure in a row on four different occasions I must say goodbye and when I come back in a 6 months I hope this isn’t one of the 400 Burger King’s That will be closed but I’m not holding my breath.

This is not about the food or the people that work there. They are very pleasant and the food was very good, so now for the bad. The outside temperature was 75°, and the air conditioning inside does not work, and hasn’t for awhile. VERY disappointing! So if you plan to eat inside on a warm day don’t bother get the food to go.

If you are advertising a Spider verse Whopper with the red bun designed to look like Spiderman colours and I pay $15 don’t you think it prudent to let me know beforehand if you are out of the buns and not let me get excited get home and its just a plain Whopper bun? So disappointed and the rude server just stood with a blank look on his face saying nothing. Now i remember why I drive to Grandview Burger king and not the closer Belton.

Place is falling apart. The menu outside is a disaster, the ac was broken the last time I ate inside. The employees act like you’re an inconvenience. Bk has certainly gone down hill.

I went to this burger King specifically for their fiery nuggets. I ordered 2 packs, when I got home one was the fiery nuggets and the other was just original nuggets. If I had bought other things then I wouldn’t of cared so much. But this is all I bought from them.

I grab breakfast from here sometimes and I’d drive way out of my way to go here over McDonald’s because of the staff. They are absolutely amazing. I’ve NEVER had people in the customer service industry, especially fast food, be so pleasant. And it’s seriously every single time for the past 3 years I’ve gone there. I’m always so amazed by their morning staff! Even today, a day where it’s -3 degrees, they were so kind and wished me well and to stay safe and warm. The food is always quality too.
