I sat at the drive-through speaker for five minutes, not exaggerating, before anyone took my order. I ordered two ham and cheese croissants with no egg and an orange juice. I then sat at the drive-through window after I paid for another 10 minutes before my order came out. I could see one employee running around, like crazy, and another employee standing by the drive-through window doing nothing. When I finally got my food, it was cold. I could tell there had been no attempt to warm it because the cheese slice was still completely intact, was never melted at any point. I received a Capri Sun apple juice because they were out of orange juice. It was obvious to me that they were very short staffed him, so I empathize with the employees who are doing their best to take and fulfill orders. To the management, if you do not have enough employees to run your restaurant, you should close it instead of making your customers wait 15 minutes and pay $8 for a cold breakfast sandwich.

I arrived at this location and started to walk towards the door because I was going to dine in. As I was walking up to the door, some “Karen” of a manager pulls up in her SUV and yells, “drive through only.” I replied, “that’s unfortunate.” “Karen” then yelled, “I only have five employees”, then sped off. I wasn’t even upset, but “Karen” clearly was. No wonder you only have five employees…no one wants to work for someone with a terrible attitude like that.

In fact this is the best fast food restaurant all together. The food is so much better then any other location. 12/5/22 I whent in order me some food and this one lady I assume was a manager was running around with her head cut off running drive thru and making the food so she couldn’t help the walk-in s well I waited patiently she said sorry Im like it’s ok working alone huh? She like for the a bit yeah..so I waited and I see 2 crew members come out the restrooms! Well there was her help!? Anyway I finally got my order from her and she said I’m sorry about the wait I’m like it’s ok ty! Anyway,.and I leave I go in the next day to order some food and the walk in door was closed but there was like 5 staff members inside ohwell! So when I got there on 12/6/22 and the doors were locked for the walk in customers I noticed a smell hmmm dont worry staff to just to busy hitting that Mary Jane too take walk in orders huh ok carry on all make sure corporate stops by maybe they’ll wanna join in who knows will see!!
