I parked here waiting for my employer to get me a hotel room. I travel a lot since I drive big rigs and this BK was top notch! Upon entering the staff was quick even though they were cleaning and stopped everything to take our order and this was near closing time! William and Jacob was quick, washed up, and gloves up to take our order and prepare it! I was impressed with the quality at this location as I tend to avoid the ones near my home in Colorado due to appearance of facility! This was a clean well kept BK that I would for sure stop at again!!!

My favorite soft serve ice cream is at Burger King. It’s smooth and creamy, and you can have a generous serving in a cup or a cone, your choice, for 99 cents! The Warrensburg, Mo Burger King seems to always run with a skeleton crew, but they are always eager to serve when you come through. I often tell them what a good job they are doing, and i appreciate them. Give these young folks some thanks! They really help out seniors!

It’s been going on for too long now where the store should be open and it’s not cause there’s no staff or the person taking the orders is also making the food. I tried to get breakfast one morning at 8:30 and no one was even in the store. People kept going through the drive-thru just to find out the hard way it wasn’t open. Food is never good anymore. I honestly don’t see how it’s even still open it’s so awful. I used to love BK too. I won’t even get drinks from there anymore cause all their soda tastes disgusting.

I just left, today…May 11th, 2022. I ordered a number one, no mayo. I got my food, and immediately started eating-which is my fault, because I normally check it to make sure it’s good. In this case, I was hungry…very hungry. I ate half the sandwich before I realized that the lettuce was brown. Completely wilted. I will never eat here again. I’m praying I don’t get sick.

We ordered a family bundle, it comes with 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers and 3 fries. I asked to have 1 whopper and 1 cheese burger to be made with no ketchup. This is exactly what showed up on the order screen. Unfortunately not what we got. All 3 whoppers had no ketchup and all 3 cheese burgers had ketchup. I’m a little disappointed because I didn’t get my whole meal!

Got just fries and motz sticks. My fries were so salty it was not edible and as I’m looking there is hair in my fries. So I went inside to fix the issue and it smelled like sewage inside! I went to use the bathroom as i waited and the bathroom was soooo gross! I walked right back out. That place is disgusting!

The employee – I can’t help but think he works all by himself is very nice but…. Convo today: I asked if they were ever going to hire anyone, He said Oh I have a crew. I said this isn’t how drive thru’s work he said this is the New Age drive thru…. I replied that his New Age drive thru isn’t working very well… I thought he looked defeated…I don’t think they will remain open much longer…
