I ordered through grubhub.. I called BK to ask them not to put onions and ketchup on any of the 12 burgers I ordered and the staff was very nice about it. My first order was never delivered so grubhub made a second order and that one came and all had ketchup and onions which I expected as I didn’t call in on the second order BUT I only live 2 blocks from burger king and it took forever for the grubhub guy to get my order from bk and when he finally got it, the food wasn’t sealed in the bags at all? The food was pretty cold and the fries were all dumped out I to the bigger bag.

The worst location, terrible untrained employees with horrible attitudes. The food quality is either bad or they don’t have anything. I don’t even see how this location is still open. I don’t usually go to this location or even eat it but had stopped by to pick up food for someone else. The girl taking the order was very rude, cutting me off as I’m ordering so I drove off and went elsewhere.

This location should close. Ordered at 11pm didn’t get my food until 12:30pm. I think they wanted me to leave but I was being petty and waited. They messed up my entire order. Gave me kids burgers instead of whoppers, pies and onion rings instead of fries. Supposed to be open until 2am so I didn’t place an order right before close and it wasn’t a large order. When we did get the (wrong) food it was cold. Horrible.

If I could give no stars, I would. Went there last night to pick up a $17 uber, went out of my way and went from Independence to Raytown at 1230 am (they don’t close till 2 am) I circled the drive thru 3 times, waited at the speaker,and waited at the window, no one came, no one answered and no one it looked like was in there, the only way I could tell they were open and someone was working was the lights were on and an employees car was there. I called the store, and they answered, I stated I was trying to pick up an Uber, and the employee stated “OH we aren’t actually doing doordash or deliveries,” and then hung up. I went out of my way trying to get almost a $20 Uber, I wasted my gas, didn’t get the uber and got a $3.00 compensation for Uber for what I went through…..which was nothing and they can’t add more so it isn’t Ubers fault it is Burger King they should have turned off their tablet and stop accepting delivery orders instead of just not answering or refusing to make the order. Will never return here for a delivery, and I will NEVER spend my money here.

You literally sit at the window for ten minutes before they take your order. They do this so it looks like you’re getting served quickly after placing your order. It’s crazy that they are getting away with this. The Lees Summit location is so much better and the food is actually fresh there

Ordered a Whopper on Whopper Wednesday and was told they never heard of $3.00 Whopper Wednesday. They argued with me even after I told them I got a $3.00 Whopper Wednesday from that very location. The manager was extremely rude, argued with me and walked away from me. I will never go to that location again. She needs to be fired
