Placed online order, was definitely running late for it, manager would not try to help at all, said they never received it, I showed him the full $40 order and even said hey, if it’s cold, that’s fine! They didn’t have it. Weren’t trying to help at all. Just wish especially in small town’s customer service meant more. After pulling up to order at the drive through we were told wait a min and that turned into 5 before anyone took our order. We then started or order for 5 people, the person taking our order couldn’t seem to get it right and kept cutting us off with ok Is that all. Then we get to the last meal and we are told that is will be 6 minutes or longer to cook that, ok no big deal just switch that one o wait no the rest of your meal will be the same also. Then she was confused and another person had to come on and tells us that same thing. So we ended up leaving without ordering after trying to order for a total of 10mins we didn’t feel like waiting any longer. Don’t go here if you expect fast food.

Was told at the drive through that it would be a 5 minute wait. After waiting 5 minutes, I was told it would be another 5 minutes before they could take my order. The manager said it was a staffing issue. Went next door and ate Taco Bell, just like 5 other cars

Staff was very rude to both customers and staff. The yelling made it so much worse. We will not be returning. No wonder they are filing for bankruptcy. It’s sad too because they have really good food.

No workers and the “manager” spent all his time locking the exit doors so noone could enter. 45 min travel stop with semi warm burgers. Definitely an affirmation for automated food prep.

4 cars in drive-through ahead of us, took 30 minutes to get to even attempt placing an order. After another 10 minutes of waiting to place an order just left.

Ordered through the app because we’re a big family and figured by the time we got there the food would be done (we live about 10 minutes away). It wasn’t we waited 15 minutes. Our food was cold and they forgot 5 of our burgers and nuggets. I’m just happy we checked before we left.
