Pulled up at 9:25pm to place an order, 35 minutes before closing. The entire staff it seemed like were standing out back smoking and hanging out. They ran when we got in good visibility of them and was hiding in the square concreted area behind the store. They were super staticky in the headset at the intercom to the point you couldn’t understand them when we pulled up to place our order. Probably due to being out back behind the store. We pulled around to the window hoping to order there and no one came to the window. Very unprofessional staff. No one was taking orders or doing their job. We ended up leaving and going to McDonald’s. Definitely won’t be doing business at that Burger King location.

Went through the drive thru and waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order. (There was no one in front of us) The lady was rude and asked us to pull up to the stop sign. We ordered 1 kids meal and that was it. We waited for 12 minutes and drove off. By this time multiple people behind us did the same. The service was awful….I could understand if they were busy, no one was in front of us and the parking lot was empty! Horrible experience!!

Went to this location to get the 2 for 10 deal. I’m vegetarian and this is one of the only places I can get a good deal on good food. This is the first location that refused to let me upgrade my order. We waited about 15 minutes to get the order. They somehow made the burger upside down and the fries were placed upside down in the bag so that you couldnt take the fry container out without dumping them. The soda had no syrup. The fries had no salt.
