I tried to eat there, tried being the key word. I wanted the spider man whopper which I said at least 3 times then the guy at the counter would not even acknowledge my Father. Listen the man works hard (as do I) .Little did the counter guy know he was the man with the money. I just can’t believe this anymore, 2 people are hungry in your lobby and you can’t acknowledge one of them. What was really funny is as we were walking out a Manger at the door asked if we had a problem. Well yes we did. My father is old school he didn’t want to waste any ones time so we went to Wendy’s next door. The counter guy really acted clueless. and the place smells funny as well. The attitudes were weird. Stay away. Edit: it’s been 5 days and know one at corporate even acknowledged that there was a problem. As I said before I have green money that spends everywhere Edit 2, I guess they really don’t care. I love telling people in conversations not to go there.I am so sick of ignorance of a company and I guarantee that I will never go to a Burger King again. Such trash. Makes me mad every time I read this.

I wish I could give more stars… I really hope every time that it will get better, but it doesn’t. Last time I had to leave the drive through because they didn’t have anitem, and couldn’t answer my question. I was okay with switching the item out, but it took about 5 minutes for them to answer my question with “I don’t know”. By that time I wasn’t sure they could’ve got my order.

You don’t see new Burger King’s often. Marshfield MO has one. It is nice to eat one of my favorite fast food burgers in a store that doesn’t look like the 70’s. The folks were friendly. The food was good typical Burger King fare. I had the Whopper which was was tasty. My son had chicken sandwiches in a value meal and he enjoyed them. I have also noticed that BK fries are very good. I like the new look it maintains a burger joint feel, unlike McD which seems to want you to think you are in a coffee shop not a burger joint. Bottom line typical BK food in a new fresh setting.
