Placed mobile phone order. Arrive and there is a sign saying no fried foods, that includes fries or nuggests, only burgers. I ask the associate and she said only burgers. I ask to cancel my order. I then see them serving fries. Manager comes over and can’t find my order to cancel it. We ask why the sign says no fries if they are serving them. He says what sign? We point to it and he rips it off. Says that was earlier. No sorry for the confusion, just turned around and started getting our order ready. Food was cold and tasteless. Odd since they made ours “fresh”. Place is very dirty. Faucet in bathroom is ready to come off. Very loose, rusty and dirty. Soft drink machine is very gross. Hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Lobby is dirty and needs refreshing.

I went through the drive thru and the app kept kicking me out when it was time to check out. It kept saying that the restaurant was not available. So I asked if they could give me any deals at the window since their app was not working and they said no. So I ended up ordering from the regular menu. Then when I got to the order pickup window the app popped back up on its own and gave me a special deal to order with. This is the same Burger King that less than a week ago had another app error. I placed my order thru the app and paid and when I paid it kept kicking out my whopper. It would only leave my two drinks. Every other Burger King the app works just fine for.

Placed order in drive and was asked to pull back around and wait in line to pay for order. Instead went inside to pay for order. After paying for order customer service was so horrible I canceled my order and got a refund. Employee insult me and refused to give me a copy of the refund slip that was labeled customer copy. He then went on to tell me that he had to keep that copy that was labeled customer copy and could not give me one. However another employee apologized and explained that his cowork had been in a bad mood all day. Horrible customer service. Why where they unable to take my payment at the drive thru window this makes no sense. Asking customers to go back through the drive thru and wait in line again to pay for a drive thru order is juat insane. I am just more embarrassed for Burger King then upset. But no one cares. I still don’t have a copy of the refund slip and the refund has not been credited to my card.

An absolute pleasure to talk and order from their night staff. Showed up at 2257 with a decently-sized order and the nice gentleman had me sitting outside in my car with a good drink while they made my order. Far better than waiting in a line. Ryan deserves a raise and this restaurant deserves my full 5 stars.
