This is by far one of the WORST burger kings you can go to! Every time I order online they are missing something I order and say they are out of it. Then when you ask for a refund they tell you they can’t give one nor replace said missing item. The staff are usually really rude, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous! Even when they aren’t busy you still wait for a long time for your food. Definitely not worth wasting your money and they are always messing up your orders! Absolutely horrible place.

The place was empty but everything was dirty. All the tables had food on them. I ordered something they didn’t have in stock. I was charged for this and not told they didn’t have it. When I asked for a refund I was told we don’t do refunds. The guy and the supposed manager on duty were laughing at my family after telling us no refunds. After refusing to just hand over my money they finally took the money out of the drawer for the refund after about 5 minutes of arguing. Also some customers speak Spanish and I could hear them talking about me in spanish while I was eating. Lastly my family did not feel safe while eating due to the staff. Being laughed at by the staff and stared down created a hostile environment.
