The incompetence is astounding! Order was very simple. 5 rodeo burgers, add cheese and extra BBQ sauce. Now I could let the BBQ sauce slide as not everyone might see extra sauce as the same amount. I paid for extra cheese for 5 sandwiches and didn’t get a single slice of cheese! We were pulled up to wait for our order because they were “waiting for fresh burgers to be cooked”…every one of my burgers were dry and seemed to have been sitting for well over the hold limit. Check your food before you leave the drive thru window!

Don’t wear sandals inside this place. The floor was so sticky, my sandals stuck to floor and I’d have to fight to get them loose. The cashier couldn’t get the order right after several attempts. The biscuits were stale and oily. Horrible service and food. The good part was the bugs didn’t bother us, since they were stuck to the floor.

Probably one of the worse experiences of my dining life. Staff was unfriendly, my BK app said that I was allowed one free upgrade. So my item was $5 yet after my free upgrade it cost me $6.64. I asked her why so much for the free upgrade, she told me everyone has to pay taxes. Floor was sticky as I walked all throughout the dining area. No ice in pop machine, and most of the pop choices were unavailable. When I got my food and asked for ketchup, the lady said that they were out. It was just the unfriendly way that I was treated and the lack of care in their facility that really set the tone for my disappointment. The food was good, and the cook squeezed out some ketchup in a dish for me was the upside. Sad thing was that I couldn’t my disappointment and have told 5 people about my experience already. It’s only been 2 hours since I ate there. Don’t go is my recomendation!

I would give this Bk no stars if I could. Horrible staff. The person taking our order was very rude. He breathed hard when taking my order like I was an inconvenience to him. Then I waited at the window for 15 mins or more to get my food. He didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything. Very rude. His whole personality is rude. My order wasn’t a big order eather. Worst Burger King on the face of the earth. Seem slow and very mismanaged. Food is put together sloppily and today they weren’t serving hamburgers. This isn’t the first time for any of their problems. Bad service predates COVID. I believe the operators are inept. I only gave one star because I had too, they really deserve negative 5 stars. Steer clear, don’t go.

The worker over the counter is unable to understand English, it took me quite a time to make him understand that I need four full meals number 11 and one without tartar sauce. On arrival of meals he was not sure which one is without tartar sauce. On our checking we found all are with tartar sause. Need to mop area regularly as the area around wending machine was all sticky. Ovais
