The service was good. The food was cold. Coffee was cold. Ordered a number one and got a bacon croissant that look like it might’ve been in the back for a while with very cold hashbrowns call back to the store in the red book and get a chance to tell everything that was wrong.

We went through the drive thru. Order 2 spicy melt meals. The lady on the intercom even said that’s 2 spicy melts correct & yes we confirmed. We only got one meal because they didn’t put down 2!!! Simple I would think. Plus had two cars waiting for their food while they didn’t have any other customers.

There should be a zero star option….the staff but a couple of people are slow and extremely rude as well as judgemental….they kick out certain people after a very short amount of time while others are allowed to stay for hours on end? The managers and staff have attitudes with the customers as well as one another. If you want rude staff and management then you can go here but if you wish for a better dining experience I would suggest dodging this place at all costs.

Been here twice this month. 1st time we were at the counter for almost 10m while the 3 emplys. on duty employs. worried only about drive thru customers(incldg ones arrived after us)repeatedly saying just a min. Food was great when we got it. This time still only 3 empys. 1 who doesn’t seem to have a clue about front counter except handing out trays & drive thru bags to the empty at the window,not taking our order. Walked out after 5m of watching the dysfunctional,chaos especially when he tried setting up the same dining room order 2xs & started arguing with the cook.

This is a fairly new location and when it first opened it was great. Last night I placed my order and was asked to go park. That usually wouldn’t be an issue but there was two workers outside 1 talking to a man in a white truck, the other may have been on break, there was a worker sitting on the bench or table by the door on his phone and another who was walking slowly around the dining area maybe just getting off break. The lady who took my order seemed to be working with 1 other person I saw. It’s important to have scheduled breaks and lunches to ensure you’re fully staffed to take care of the customers. I was told my food was being made fresh which the fries were but that chicken patty had to have been sitting there for a while.

I live close to this BK so I have WANTED this place to be good but, and I dont know if we are cursed or what, EVERY SINGLE TIME we come here we have had a bad experience. Things like super long wait times (with like one other person in line mind you), messed up orders, taking drive thru customers in the wrong order, telling people to pull ahead blocking the only exit, not giving you your card back, or (and this was great) waiting to tell you at the FINAL WINDOW that the food you ordered isnt available and then they ask you what you want instead like….ok thanks let me just drive around again and look at the menu now that I have paid and now cant get what i want….

This is how they serve an ice cream cone. It is clear that their machine is not freezing the ice cream enough, instead of telling you up front they hand this to you through the drive through. They don’t give you a receipt so that you can’t do a Burger King review so that they know how this location is being run.
