I had not been to this location in years. Placed an online breakfast order before the 10:30 am cutoff, the order went through and charged my card. I get to the store in 5 minutes to pick it up – it was 10:32 am – they said they didn’t have my order and breakfast cuts off at 10:30. That is awful customer service, and I will NEVER return to this location. I had family staying at home and you really put a crimp in my morning and time with them and trying to get breakfast. I went down the road and got the breakfast at another local (non chain) restaurant. You blew your chance with me BK. Never again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Was waiting in drive thru and one of the workers came outside to yell at the people in line. I understand things get stressful, everyone in line was being patient and this man decided to make a scene and talk to customers like we were the problem.

The bad reviews are right. 40 minutes in the drive through today. Literally. I timed it. The drive through guy seemed impaired – he would just drift off and stop talking and then start again a minute later. He got my order wrong initially, so despite waiting 10 minutes to get to the window I still had to wait “pulled forward” for part of my order. After 20 minutes pulled forward waiting I locked my car, left it in the drive through and went in to get the rest of my order. By the time I got everything most of the order in the car was cold. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. In fact I watched at least 6 cars leave the drive through before getting to the window. Meanwhile we were all watching cars drive quickly through Arby’s drive through. I don’t know why this Burger King is this bad. It is a very disrespectful way to treat customers. I won’t spend my money here again.

People were nice and quick with order. I guess I’m just shocked by how prices have changed, unless it is this location. Nuggets aren’t $1 anymore, and 20 aren’t $2 (or they’re just not advertising it). Tried their 2 cookies, and you’re better off going to McDonalds because theirs are fresher, warm, and you get 3 for $1.

Burger King has the bomb vanilla iced coffees except y’all need to make a larger cup.. the large looks like a medium cup.. you need to get a larger cup ..so I can enjoy more of it ..thank you

Took a little long to get the food, however the customer service was homely and polite. Food was fresh and crispy in all the necessary places. Mexican chicken sandwich is pretty good, I’d get it again.
