This particular location needs to hire more workers who actually want to show up and know what they’re doing. We shouldn’t have to stand at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting on an online order. That’s how people’s food gets cold. Getting told by the lead that he was the only one there who knew what they were doing is pretty sad. There was no drive-thru line, but they still had me and 2 other people standing there waiting for our online orders. If the Kwik Shop manager hadn’t gone back there to tell them they had customers waiting, there’s no telling how much longer we would’ve been standing there waiting to be helped. Very unprofessional!!! I will not be going back to that location since this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened.

This place is trash. Definitely, check your order before leaving the parking lot. Sadly, did not discover until after I was home. Ordered 2 double whoppers w/cheese and received 2 regular whoppers w/ NO cheese.

My review keeps getting removed. I will post again everytime. This establishment is the worst. They also do not treat employees well at all. Mainly the ones who do their job. They allow 16 yo, to follow adults around, while yelling at said adult, making threats, they do nothing. The manager Bobby aka Robert drinks on the clock, with minors. If your child has worked nights within the last year, it’s a guarantee they’ve drank with him. Alot of these comments, are the employees. The GM makes his employees get on here and make reviews. If you speak out, you get the boot. Do better EG.

Food, service, speed, was more than excellence it was perfection. The Whopper was fresh and the first bite made me rethink life, I thought about my career choices, my wife, my children. They asked for my name, told me I ruled, and offered my kids a crown, our stay made us feel more than welcomed, we felt like royalty. The chocolate chip cookies they offer were soft, warm, straight out of the oven, they reminded me of my moms cookies. Anything we asked for such as napkins, sauces, where to get our drinks, was swiftly and politely taken care of. I would come back again and will be coming back again. I’m going to tell my family and friends to run not walk to this Burger King so they can be treated like kings.

I have seen that many of the reviews are not favorable to this establishment. However, my experience was different. The staff was very friendly, and the food was piping hot and was presented in a timely manner. I love having a Burger King close to my neighborhood. Keep up the good work. There is always growing pains when starting a new location! The 2 meals for $10 deal is epic!

NO! AVOID! Placed my order & paid for my order just to be told after waiting 30 minutes, “We do not have bacon or biscuits to complete you order”. A dozen customers were taken care of while I waited. I also watched them make custom orders for their friends in that span of 30 minutes. This happened at 07:30AM on 10-11-2022.

Best Burger King I’ve ever been to, the guy that works at the quick shop and the Burger King is a nice guy and the day manager there is a really nice guy always fast fresh and delicious. This Burger King would put McDonald’s and Arbys out of business. Love the food keep up the good work y’all.
