Worse experience ever. My receipt was correct but what I got was totally wrong. I didn’t get my third onion instead of fries which was better then getting nothing but the fries were cold and tasted funny. Two out three burgers were right. One burger was to have everything on it but it was also just mayo. Two burgers were mayo only. Then if you get online it’s 2 meals for 10 but the store has decided it’s 2 for 12 . Guy in drive through didn’t help us. Went inside and the cashier was confused about what I was saying when I was trying to order the 2 meals for ten. He kept asking if I wanted two chickens sandwiches. I would a zero if I could.

There was a disconnect between the app and the restaurant, so it was very chaotic when I returned with the wrong order. The lobby was full of customers with wrong orders. The supervisor (bless him) was dealing with the lobby chaos, long wait times in the drive thru, an immature cook, and an older cashier who was doing the best he could. Most ot the confusion was resolved when I left the lobby but I ended up fixing my burger at home.

Maybe it’s just a staffing issue. Made an online order for drive-thru pickup. Only ONE car in front of me. Five minutes waiting for a response to confirm what I ordered and then another solid 10 min waiting for the one car to set 2 drinks & a small bag. Granted they had my 2 breakfast sandwiches in a bag when I actually reached the window but the sandwiches were no longer hot. Ordered & arrived in the line @ 9:05am; received food @ 9:21am.

I’m going to stop coming here. Every time I order, either the line doesn’t move, the lobby is closed, or the online order isn’t ready. I order through mobile so I can swing by on my way to work, yet they always manage to make me regret it. Today they made me late for work, so I’m done with them.
