Best Burger King in the area! Coke fountain drink actually tastes like coke. Unlike other Burger Kings around the area where they taste like coke colored carbonated water! They are very friendly and very professional. Food is served promptly. Not a long wait time after ordering compared to other Burger Kings in the surrounding area.

Their grill goes down on a regular basis and they sincerely don’t care because they know people on base don’t want to walk in the BX or leave base for food. Not only that but today I tried to go there and I sit in line for 20 minutes only to find their little peice of printer paper on the menu stating the grill is closed after I already waited. I choose something else and the lady couldn’t hear me apparently because she repeated an almost different order back to me. Only ever go here because it’s convenient, otherwise would never again.

Judged purely against its peers, this is the best BK I’ve eaten at in Omaha for sure and measures up well against other fast food franchises as well. The associates are always friendly and accommodating, even when they’re swamped, and the food is generally prepared/assembled with more care than the average fast food joint, i.e. no smushed buns; wonky patties; old chx fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hrs; etc.

This time they did a good job with our to-go order. Last time we went, we got home to eat & we were missing the cheese on Both of our Woppers With Cheese!!! AND one of our Woppers was missing EVERYTHING else! The only thing on the Whopper was the meat! That was an expensive hamburger… We paid for the burger, & extra for the cheese, yet didn’t get it! Make sure you check your order BEFORE you leave the drive through, or you may be very upset like we were!
